Software company Diligent Board Member Services has announced a partnership with Houston-based Bridgeway Software.
Together, they are to produce Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks Integrated Solutions, an addition to the Bridgeway technology suite for corporate legal departments.
Diligent, which is based in New York and listed in this country, produces Diligent Boardbooks, a web-based system designed to simplify and centralise the management and delivery of board meeting materials.
Diligent executive director Brian Henry said the partnership offered Diligent access to Bridgeway's highly skilled and seasoned licence sales professionals, who had a proven track record of selling Software-as-a Service (Saas) licences to clients similar to those Diligent served.
Diligent listed on the New Zealand stock exchange last December with shares at the issue price of $1. The shares last traded on Tuesday at 25c.
