The second draft of the Government's Digital Strategy is out for comment.
Communications and Information Technology Minister David Cunliffe said the revised draft included a focus on collaboration.
"The feedback gained during the consultation process will assist us to determine how all four Cs (connection, confidence, content and collaboration) can contribute to New Zealand achieving its digital potential and transforming our economy and society," he said.
Consultation ends on May 12.
