Newly listed Kiwi software firm CommSoft will make $1.3 million immediately and expects to make $10 million to $15 million in the next two to three years from a deal with technology distributor Ingram Micro.
Commsoft will supply its NetMaster product, an internet access monitoring tooldesigned to stamp out "cyberbludging."
The deal is expected to account for about 30 per cent of Commsoft's projected $A21 million ($28 million) revenue this year. The firm listed on the Australian and NZ Stock Exchanges last Tuesday. Shares offered at A110c (145c) spiked to A130c but closed the week at A106c.
