Commsoft Group actions growth plans

Australasian telecommunications software concern Commsoft Group has raised $A2.15 million ($2.58 million) from new and existing shareholders to fund its growth plans in New Zealand, Britain and Australia.

The capital is being raised through the issue of 7.146 million new ordinary shares at 5Ac a share and 1.796 million convertible notes at $A1 each.
