The Commerce Commission has a mended a decision on "bitstream access" for Telecom competitors CallPlus and ihug.
The changes are to the methodology for calculating the price Telecom receives for its wholesale bitstream service.
Bitstream is a circuit provided by Telecom which allows telecommunications providers to deliver retail broadband services.
The price for the June quarter has been set at $26.35 a month, which rival internet companies will have to recover from each customer and each connection .
Following last year's changes to the Telecommunications Act, Telecom will be required to supply bitstream services under an unbundled bistream access (UBA) agreement.
