Another wait for Compaq lawsuit

An American judge has put off for another week a decision on whether to exclude some documents from a lawsuit that accuses Compaq Computer of selling machines with a data corruption defect.

Compaq and third-party interveners Microsoft, Lucent Technologies and National Semiconductor asked Judge Gary Sanderson to seal certain documents because they may include trade secrets.
