There are still "kinks" in the cloth of mobile network newcomer 2degrees' website.
The website's online shop and account system has now been down for over a week after the private details of customers appeared on online forms.
The website carries the following message to customers: "We're still working really hard to iron out those kinks right now."
It also apologises for the "inconvenience".
2degrees have so far not returned phone calls today but spokeswoman Bryonny Hilless said on Friday that the problem was due to "the volume of hits" and would be fixed "shortly".
Meanwhile, reactions to the newcomer have been mixed on the Your Views section of nzherald.co.nz.
Serena from Ascot Park gave her experience of trying to top up her credit on 2degrees.
"Phoned 2degrees 5 times to top-up using a credit card. Found myself on a never ending loop," Serena said.
She said she was referred to the company's website, "I replied 'you mean the broken one?'."
She said she used a phone automated system to enter Visa card details but the credit did not appear because 2degrees seek bank authorisation before adding credit. She was still waiting for credit on her phone almost 24 hours later.
The company's website has also been discussed on local site Geekzone's forums.
Willnz asked the company to front up on when the website would be back up.
"I think you guys need a new housekeeper... or perhaps reduce the ironing pile a bit," referring to the company's explanation of ironing out kinks.
Like Serena, Geekzone poster Handsomedan said he was also referred to the website by 2degrees call centre staff.
"That was several hours ago and it's still down. What's up, 2Degrees?"
2degrees SIM cards have also appeared on Trade Me. One card has 17 bids and has so far attracted a top bid of over $900. All the money is going to charity KidsCan, according to the auctioneer.
