"I wore a rugby top in yellow," says Tristan Frederikson (4) as he explains how his kindy raised money for Daffodil Day.
"Everyone wore yellow, I wore a daffodil," says his friend, Sinead Johnson (3).
Sinead, Tristan and some of their friends took a walk with their teachers to the Matthew & Co Real Estate office on Broadway last week to give the money they raised to Joy Gifkins, a member of the Daffodil Day Committee.
Joy says the committee is grateful for all the efforts made in the community and is delighted to hear of so many fundraising events held on August 29.
Before the children walked back to kindy, they were all rewarded with a chocolate fish.
