With more than 100 trucks on display at New Plymouth's Hickford Park in Bell Block on Saturday, visitors were able to get up close to a huge variety of vehicles.
Before parking at the show, the trucks had driven through the streets of New Plymouth, making an impressive convoy that attracted plenty of attention on the way. Once there, spectators were able to inspect the trucks, as well as enjoying food and drink stalls, live music, bouncy castles and other children's entertainment.
One of the bid draws of the day was the option for youngsters to get a different view of the roads, from high up in the truck cabs. Volunteers took the children out for short rides in their trucks which was a popular option for many of the younger spectators.
All money raised from the show, now in its second year, goes to the Child Cancer Foundation.
