The Inglewood Lions Taranaki Maize Maze opened last month and plenty of intrepid explorers made the most of the sunshine and headed out to Lower Egmont Road to get lost and have fun. Stratford Press managing editor ILONA HANNE went along to talk to some of the younger explorers.

Inglewood Lions member Terry Yates was manning the admission stand on Sunday and said they had been pleased with the opening weekend. "The weather has been kind to us. Everyone has been nice and friendly as well."
The Inglewood Lions Taranaki Maize Maze is open every Saturday and Sunday as well as public holidays between 11am - 5pm. Located at 979 Lower Egmont Road, Egmont Village. Entry: $8 (adults) and $4 (children). Eftpos available on site.
