Driving offences:
On Monday, May 11, a 32-year-old Stratford male was found to be driving while disqualified indefinitely.
His car was impounded.
Sunday, May 17. A 23-year-old male from Hawera was caught driving while disqualified in Stratford.
His vehicle was impounded.
Arrests:
On Tuesday, May 12 a 17-year-old Stratford male was arrested for being in breach of his bail conditions.
He was later also arrested in connection with a burglary and has been remanded in custody.
Assaults:
On Friday, May 15, a female was assaulted by another female on Pembroke Rd. Inquiries are still continuing as police locate the offender.
Willful Damage:
In the early hours of Sunday morning, a group of intoxicated males caused willful damage inside the Z Service Station in Stratford. CCTV footage of the event has helped identify the offenders and police are continuing their inquiries.
Domestic Violence:
Senior Sergeant Robbie O'Keefe says police attended three domestic incidents on Sunday, May 17, with two in Eltham and one in Stratford.
He reports all three incidents were alcohol related, and says the family violence investigator is following up on all three cases.
