Inglewood Playcentre is celebrating the completion of its kitchen renovation and a new pathway with an open day on Saturday, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
"We take this opportunity to open our doors to past, present and future members to come and view our new kitchen and freshly-painted centre and share with us the changes made over the last year," says the centre's Helen Drummond.
The centre is now a more open and inviting place that allows parents and caregivers more access to the hands-on learning kitchen, and the children love the new pathway with a bush track, shop, petrol pump and picnic area, she says. The main funding for the pathway came from a quiz night generously supported by the local community earlier this year.
"Please join us for our open day."
