One person injured in car accident on Cardiff Rd, Stratford

A 17-year-old woman has walked away what are believed to be relatively minor injuries following a car accident on Cardiff Road just before noon today.
Police at the scene say the car crossed the median line and plowed through a farm fence before coming to a stop in a paddock.
The car, a Toyota Corolla, ended up on it's side with the windscreen smashed. Ambulance, fire and police attended the scene and the woman was transported by ambulance to hospital.
Her caregiver, who arrived at the scene shortly after, says the young woman has injured her hand in the accident.
