St Mary's Diocesan School is holding an arts and crafts fair on October 25 to raise money for the PTA to provide extra resources for the school.
The school is hoping to have more than 100 stalls selling products ranging from food and hand-crafted necklaces to children's clothing. Event organiser Sandra Collins says there will definitely be something for everyone.
The PTA has helped the school raise more than $20,000 over the last three years. "The school is very lucky to have the support and hard-work of the PTA," principal Fiona Green says.
The PTA's support has helped purchase new textbooks, sports jackets and helped to pay for the school's computer lease.
The PTA hopes the fair will become an annual event, growing each year and offering a range of high-quality locally made arts and crafts.
