FieldTorque Taranaki owner-operators Kathryn and David Hinton have been overwhelmed with the support they received over the judging period for the Central Taranaki Top Shop award.
This is the first year that FieldTorque Taranaki was nominated for the Top Shop award, "we weren't really sure what to expect from the competition, to win is just incredible", says Kathryn.
The couple have been running the business on Broadway South for 8 years and are are a part of the AGCO franchise, meaning they are stockists of Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra and Iseki tractors and machinery.
David says that while he and Kathryn were at the awards ceremony on Saturday night to accept the prize, "this award is for the whole team, everyone works incredibly hard every day".
The FieldTorque team comprises 16 people which includes four on-road mobile service technicians. "Customer service is very important to us," says Kathryn, adding "everyone in the team aims to provide the highest quality service to our customers".
