KEY POINTS:
Team New Zealand will mount the next legal assault on the beleaguered America's Cup holder, Ernesto Bertarelli's Swiss-based Alinghi team, on Saturday in its pursuit of tens of millions of dollars of compensation.
The New Zealand syndicate sued Bertarelli's Alinghi syndicate on March 6, over their management of the America's Cup, saying the defending champions should pay damages for delaying the world's longest-running sports competition.
Team NZ, who lost the Cup to Alinghi in July 2007, has sued Bertarelli, accusing him of breach of contract and violating federal antitrust law for delaying the race.
