Their America's Cup campaigns may be over, but several prominent skippers will race in the Millennium Cup Superyacht Regatta next week.
Americans Dennis Conner and Paul Cayard, Prada skipper Francisco de Angelis and Ian Walker from the GBR Challenge will take part in the four-day regatta.
The event starts on Monday with two days of racing on the Hauraki Gulf. On Wednesday there will be a race to Kawau Island where the fleet will anchor for the night for an owners' banquet at Mansion House before racing back the next day.
Fifty sailing and motor yachts are confirmed entries.
