Wallabies could do All Blacks a favour and break England's win streak

Struggling for a side to cheer for in Sunday's clash between the Wallabies and England?

It's always tough to pick a side when you want both nations to lose but there might be one good reason to support Australia at Twickenham.

A Wallabies' victory would snap England's winning streak which is gaining ground on the All Blacks' tier one record set earlier this season.

England are seeking a 14th straight test victory on Sunday, going back to their final pool game at last year's Rugby World Cup when they defeated Uruguay. England have won 12 straight in 2016 under Eddie Jones and are seeking a fourth straight win over the Wallabies this season.

The All Blacks have swept the Wallabies 4-0 twice before - 1962 and 2009.

The All Blacks broke the Tier 1 world record for 18-straight test victories when they defeated the Wallabies at Eden Park in October. The streak was broken by Ireland when they stunned New Zealand 40-29 in Chicago last month.

If they win this Sunday, England would need to go unbeaten through the Six Nations to break the All Blacks' record. England completed the Grand Slam earlier this year to win the Six Nations but haven't done it in successive years since 1992.

England host France in the opening round of the Six Nations on February 4. A week later they head to Cardiff to face Wales before hosting Italy and Scotland.

Should England win their first four tests they will finish the Six Nations with a clash against Ireland - the only side to beat the All Blacks since they lifted the World Cup last year.

A win would give England 19 on the trot and the new record.
