He has generally chosen players involved in Wales' record 54-10 defeat at the hands of Ireland in the first round of the Six Nations.
New-Zealand born forward Brett Sinkinson has been replaced by Bath flanker Gavin Thomas.
Cardiff centre James Robinson is out with an ankle injury and his place is taken by Saracens 22-year-old Tom Shanklin.
Chris Wyatt is recovering from the ankle injury that forced him off early in the match in Dublin but has only a 50-50 chance of being fit by Saturday.
