This is the spectacular rooftop penthouse sprinting legend Usain Bolt is calling home as he hopes to break into a new career as a professional footballer in the A-League.
The multiple world and Olympic champion is halfway through a six-week trial with the Central Coast Mariners - and is believed to be renting the 'Sky House' at Point Frederick's exclusive Araluen apartments north of Sydney, the Central Coast Express Advocate has revealed.
According to realestate.com.au, the single level penthouse was sold for a record $2.1 million in August last year by Gittoes East Gosford.
The level outdoor living space rivals that found in most residential homes, according to the property description.
"Styled to impress, this exclusive private penthouse in the 'Araluen' building is undoubtedly one of the Central Coasts premier properties," the site states.
"With a wow factor comparable to multi-million dollar properties in the Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and lower North Shore, this distinctively styled residence comprises 1079sqm of expansive living areas and superb finishes."
The property is described as an entertainer's dream with a "huge outdoor living space . . . built for year-round entertaining".
The sleek modern kitchen has integrated Miele appliances and Caesar stone bench tops - perfect for when Bolt feels like cooking up a storm.
The master bedroom has a large walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, which comes with a spa bath.
Three additional generous sized bedrooms all have built-in robes, one with ensuite and private balcony.
A separate one bedroom guest suite on an elevated level comes has its own ensuite, kitchenette and dining/living area for when Bolt's A-list star friends come to stay.
Attractions in the hotel style main bathroom include double vanity high ceilings and bathtub, which has its own feature window.
There are also three additional bathrooms and a powder room, where guests can freshen up.
Other modern inclusions include gated entry, a garage big enough for three cars, private floor lift access, private heated outdoor spa, large rumpus room while "established trees and low maintenance gardens frame the building for privacy".
The penthouse unit has stunning views across Brisbane Water and is a short stroll to restaurants and the Mariners' home at Central Coast Stadium at Gosford, where Bolt hopes to secure a full-time A-League contract.
He retired from the track in 2017 and won eight gold medals at three Olympics.
Bolt is currently overseas fulfilling commercial obligations but is expected to return to the Central Coast this weekend.
The 32-year-old has been with the Mariners for almost a month and recently made a 20-minute cameo for the club in a pre-season game.
Bolt's arrival has generated huge excitement in Gosford, where 10,000 fans packed Central Coast Stadium for his recent debut in a trial game.
The world's fastest man has struggled with his fitness since arriving but recently said he hoped to be ready to go by the start of the A-League season in mid-October
