However, he didn't appear to be too concerned about keeping secret his grinding.
The video shows Bolt swinging his baton up against the woman's backside.
His hands run all over the woman in the same way they caressed his swag of gold medals earlier that day.
Brazilian news site Globo.com reported Bolt began the evening partying in a private VIP booth, but then made his way to the public dancefloor.
It has also been reported that Bolt was pictured the next morning in bed with another woman - not the young lady featured in the above videos.
The Daily Mail reported 20-year-old Rio student Jady Duarte shared photos of herself in bed with Bolt the morning after his 30th birthday.
Bolt said after winning his ninth gold medal that he was going to party.
He wasn't kidding.
"I'm going to stay up late and have fun," he said.
"I never knew this would happen when I started out.
"I don't know how I'm going to celebrate, but it's been a great birthday so far."
You can only wonder how Bolt's missus Bennett feels about the posts.
So much for settling down, as forecast by his sister Christine Bolt-Hylton yesterday.
Bolt-Hylton told The Sun she expected Bolt and Bennett to get married.
"I've met her and she's lovely - she's perfect for Usain," she said.
"I would say that there's a very strong possibility they'll get engaged when he comes home.
"I last saw them in March at Usain's restaurant in Jamaica and they looked very comfortable together, sharing their food and laughing and joking.
"They like the same music, the same food and doing the same things together and it makes sense for them to get together.
"I've talked to Usain about starting a family and he says he wants to, and I'm sure he will now he's achieved so much.
"He doesn't live with Kasi at the moment but he spends all his time with her when he's here, chilling out and relaxing between races and training.
"Usain has had a few girlfriends, but not many - but no one ever as serious as Kasi and I'm sure he'll be settling down with her before long.
"I think she's the one."
Bolt also shared a notorious all-night party with members of the Swedish handball team after celebrating his stunning results at the London 2012 Games.
None of this news will bring a smile to Bolt's mother.
Jennifer Bolt revealed last week her true wish is for her son to settle down.
"I hope he'll settle down, get married and start his family," she said.
When asked if the jubilant sprinter could ever settle down, she replied: "He's told me many times he's going to.
"He's gotten a lot of love - he'd like to share that joy with others."
A lot of others, it would seem.
