The cast for the 24th season of American reality TV show The Ultimate Fighter has been revealed, and includes 23-year-old Aucklander Kai Kara-France.
Kara-France stands at 1.65m and weighs in at 56kg. He has a 12 win, five loss record and has won his last five fights.
The show brings
together sixteen competitors from all over the world who congregate in Las Vegas for a single-elimination tournament.
The winner of the tournament will get a shot at the UFC flyweight championship currently held by Demetrious Johnson on the TUF 24 Finale card. This is a first for the tournament.
The fighters will be broken up into two even teams coached by a pair of 125-pound contenders: Joseph Benavidez and former Olympic wrestling gold medalist Henry Cejudo. The coaches will also square off in the finale.
