Andrea Hewitt has tuned up for the Commonwealth Games with a fourth placing at the Triathlon World Series race in Hamburg.
Hewitt finished 17 seconds behind American winner Gwen Jorgensen, while Nicky Samuels came home in 18th position and Kate McIlroy in 26th.
Tony Dodds finished 10th in the men's race, which was won by Britain's Alistair Brownlee. Ryan Sissons finished 20th.
