Kiwi tennis player Michael Venus is through to the second round of the doubles at the Gstaad ATP tournament in Switzerland.
Venus and Croatian partner Mate Pavic have beaten Russians Mikhail Elgin and Mikhail Youzhny 6-2, 6-2.
Venus will represent New Zealand at the Rio Olympics.
