Tennis: Serena has no regrets over outburst

Serena Williams says she has no regrets about her ugly US Open outburst and has vowed to stay true to her emotions when she returns to tennis at the Brisbane International today.

Williams will be playing her first match since her dramatic September 11 final loss to Samantha Stosur in New York and sees no reason to change her temperamental approach.

The 13-times grand slam winner made no apologies for her withering verbal attack on the chair umpire, who Williams called a hater and unattractive on the inside.
