Parnell had too much depth in both of their men's and women's sides as they completed another double of Caro Bowl Auckland tennis titles.
The men beat Waiata 4-2 for their fourth title in a row and seventh in eight years, while the women triumphed over Royal Oak, 5-1, for their fourth in succession and sixth in seven years.
Waiata started slowly in the top doubles but finished with a flourish as Alistair Hunt and Andrew Batie beat James Greenhalgh and Nick Turner 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.
The bottom doubles was an easy victory for Parnell in straight sets, placing the sides equal on matches but Parnell ahead by a set.
Nick Turner won the No 4 singles for the loss of only three games over Peter Blows, while Hunt and Greenhalgh slugged out the top singles, former Cantabrian Hunt winningin three sets.
Steven Downs then defeated Rodney Cook 6-4, 6-4 after trailing 0-3 in the second set.
The 5-1 scoreline in the women's final could have been closer as Royal Oak looked as if they had the No 4 singles in the bag as Jane Legge won the first set, but fell away dramatically in the second in third.
The top singles saw Niki Tippins capture the first set easily over Rachel Dive but she struggled in a second set tiebreak before winning 9-7.
In the Chesea Cup minor finals, Northcote men beat Mairangi Bay 5-1, and will play defending champions Campbells Bay in the grand final.
