Kiwi tennis number one Marina Erakovic is through to her first WTA quarter final in more than 14 months.
Erakovic has beaten world number 44 Lesia Tsurenko to reach the last eight at the tournament in Rabat, Morocco.
The New Zealander won the first set 6-4 before her Ukrainian opponent retired due to a leg injury.
Erakovic who came through three rounds of qualifying to make the main draw will face another qualifier, Serbian Aleksandra Krunic for a place in the semis.
