Nick Kyrgios' mother says the family are looking into ways to help the young tennis star handle his emotions better on court.
Kyrgios' turbulent Wimbledon campaign divided public opinion, after the 20-year-old was forced to deny allegations of tanking during his fourth-round loss to Frenchman Richard Gasquet and forked out US$9,500 (A$12,675) in fines for unsportsmanlike conduct.
"We acknowledge the fact that he has to get better at controlling his emotions," Norlaila Kyrgios told the Seven Network.
"I mean, it's good to question things that you believe are wrong, but it's just the way of going about it. That's the main thing.
"But, yes, we're definitely looking at it."
