The New Zealand Fed Cup women's tennis team has scored an easy win in their third match at the Asia/Oceania Group II in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The team accounted for Turkmenistan 3-0 without dropping a set, as Emma Hayman defeated Guliahan Kadyrova 6-0 6-0 and Emily Fanning did the same in her match against Jahana Bayramova.
In the doubles, Hayman and Abigail Guthrie won 6-4 6-1 over Anastasiya Prenko and Jenneta Halliyeva.
The Kiwi team is without Marina Erakovic who has returned to New Zealand after a sustained a dislocated thumb when she fell in the tournament hotel.
New Zealand play Singapore in their final pool match.
