The recent good form of Marcus Daniell and Artem Sitak has continued for a first round three set victory at the US$75,000 Challenger in Leon, Mexico.
The Kiwi pair who are seeded second defeated the Mexican combination, Hans Hach Verdugo and Luis Patino 6-4 6-7 (7) 10-4.
Daniell and Sitak now have a record of 11 wins and one loss over the past three weeks having won the Challenger at Puebla, reached the semis at Guadalajara, won the title at San Luis Potosi and now into the quarters at Leon.
