New Zealand junior Emily Fanning and Ukrainian Oleksandra Korashvilli were beaten in their second round junior doubles match at Wimbledon overnight.
Playing in her first Wimbledon, 17-year-old Fanning and her partner lost 6-1 6-4 to the seventh-seeded pair of Belinda Bencic (Switzerland) and Ana Konjuh (Croatia).
Fanning and Korashvilli only progressed to the second round late the night before by beating Aliasksandra Sasnovich (Belarus) and Donna Vekic (Croatia) 6-4 3-6 10-8 in a game interrupted by weather.
It marks the end of the tournament for Fanning, who was knocked out of the first round of singles by Bencic
