New Zealand's Marina Erakovic and Elena Vesnina (RUS) have won the doubles title at the US$220,000 WTA event in Linz, Austria.
The pair beat Julia Goerges and Anna-Lena Groenefeld (GER) 7-5 6-1 in the final this morning (Monday NZT).
Erakovic will play in the US$220,000 Luxembourg Open this week.
Shewas second seed in the singles qualifying and received a bye in the first round.
The Kiwi was unable to make the second round scheduled for Sunday due to the doubles final and was forced to default her match against Yulia Putintseva (LUX).
Erakovic is in the doubles main draw in Luxembourg partnering Monica Niculescu (ROU). The pair will face Spain's Silvia Soler-Espinosa and Carla Suarez Navarro in the first round.
