Tennis: Erakovic makes return to form

Marina Erakovic appears to be returning to her career best form.

The New Zealand tennis number one is through to the main draw of the French Open after beating the Czech Republic's Petra Cetkowska in the third and final round of qualifying.

It Is only the second time Erakovic has qualified for the main draw at Roland Garros and it will be her first grand slam appearance in sixteen months.

She says her resurgence is a result of a lot of hard work.

Erakovic says she has been trying to do the best she can in training and during matches, while also staying positive.

Marina Erakovic will face Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus in the opening round, with Kim Clijsters likely to be awaiting her in the second.
