American tennis player Wayne Odesnik has had the remaining 12 months of his two-year doping ban suspended because of assistance he provided officials, says the International Tennis Federation.
Odesnik will be eligible for competition from December 29. The 25-year-old American, with a career-high ranking of 77, was suspended for two years by the ITF in May after admitting to importing the banned substance human growth hormone (HGH) into Australia before the year's first Grand Slam in Melbourne.
