Three teams featuring Kiwi tennis players are through to the doubles quarter-finals at the euro 520,000 Metz ATP tennis tournament in France.
Marcus Daniell and Marcelo Demoliner (Brazil) beat top seeded Frenchmen Julien Benneteau and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 6-2 2-6 10-7 while Mike Venus and regular partner, Mate Pavic (Croatia) accounted for Santiago Gonzalez (Mexico) and David Marrero (Spain) 5-7 6-1 11-9.
Venus and Pavic will now face fellow New Zealander, Artem Sitak and American Nicolas Monroe who had won their first match the previous day.
