KEY POINTS:
Lindsay Davenport expects to at least trouble some of the elite women's players when she lines up at the Australian Open Monday week.
The former world number one has her sights set on greater success after her win at Auckland's ASB Classic.
Davenport says she cannot control the draw for Melbourne but is hopeful it is favourable. She says there is only a handful of players she would not want to meet in the first round and they include the likes of Justin Henin, Maria Sharapova and the Williams sisters.
Davenport eased past Aravane Rezai in the final of the Classic. She has now won three of the last four tournaments she has competed in since returning to the court after the birth of her first child.
