First up on centre court is women's top seed Caroline Wozniacki who takes on Na Li of China.
Wozniacki, playing in the Australian Open semifinals for the first time, was pushed in her last match needing three sets to beat Italian sixth seed Francesca Schiavone.
The Dane comes up against ninth seed Na who reached the semifinals at last year's tournament before going down to eventual Australian Open winner Serena Williams.
That match will be followed on centre court by the clash between third seed Kim Clijsters and Russian second seed Vera Zvonareva.
Clijsters has failed to drop a set in the tournament while Zvonareva's only slip up came in her second round clash against Bojana Jovanovski.
None of the four semifinalists in the women's draw have won the Australian Open before meaning a first-time champion will be crowned on Saturday.
Meanwhile in the men's draw four times Australian Open champion Roger Federer looks at getting a shot to make it five titles when he faces third seed Novak Djokovic later tonight.
