Big guns: The second week means the business end and step up Rafa Nadal, Andy Murray, Robin Soderling as well as Kim Clijsters and Vera Zvonareva. Only 16 men and 16 women are still standing, after today eight more will be gone.

Clijsters is everybody's favourite to win the tournament but put in an indifferent display in her last match against Alize Cornet and will need to improve here.

Outside court: The entertaining Shuai Peng features on Margaret Court followed by legends matches featuring Henri Leconte and Patrick Rafter. New Zealand juniors Emily Fanning and Jaden Grinter are in action on courts seven and 14 respectively.
