New Zealand's Mark Nielsen and Swiss partner Rico Jacober lost the doubles final of the $US25,000 ($57,790) Volvo Sylt Open tennis tournament in Germany.
The duo were beaten 7-6 6-1 by the Dutch pairing of Bobbie Altelaar and Dennis van Scheppingen.
