A male gymnast has claimed disgraced ex-USA Gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar sexually abused him, making him the first man to come forward.
Jacob Moore filed an amended complaint with the federal court yesterday which details how he was assaulted as a 16-year-old.
The gymnast, who is now a freshman at the University of Michigan and is on the national program, said he went to see Nassar for a shoulder injury.
Moore said Nassar treated the problem by using acupuncture on his genitals - which has no medical link to his upper body aggravation.
The civil case, seen by USA Today Sports, says that when Moore went to Nassar's home for treatment, the perverted doctor was already with a teenage female gymnast.
Nassar pulled down the boy's pants, exposing him to the girl, according to the file.
The complaint was filed Wednesday, and reads Nassar told Moore he would treat the injury with "acupuncture in his pubic area and in and around his genitalia".
He proceeded to do so, despite "no known medical connection between shoulder pain which can be treated through acupuncture in the area of a male's genitalia".
Nassar was sentenced in January and February in two separate hearings to 40 to 175 years and 40 to 125 years in prison.
Around 200 women, including Olympic gold medal-winning gymnasts Aly Raisman and Jordyn Wieber, gave courtroom statements at the sentencing hearings about Nassar's abuse, leading to the resignation of the USA Gymnastics' board.
Since then, numerous people have been fired or forced out of jobs in the wake of the widening scanda.
Nassar worked for both Michigan State and USA Gymnastics, the sport's national governing body.
The school and organization are being sued by dozens of women.
The latest departure was Scott Blackmun, CEO of the US Olympic Committee, who resigned Wednesday.
As outside investigations continue, more people could lose jobs at the university and elsewhere.
