Emma Miller, who said she was molested by former gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar, is still receiving appointment bills from Michigan State University.
The 15-year-old said she saw Nassar at his MSU sports medicine practice just a week before he was suspended in 2016 amid sexual assault allegations.
"I am possibly the last child he will ever assault," Miller said during Nassar's hearing in Michigan.
"MSU billed me for those appointments."
"My mum is still getting bills."
MSU did not immediately respond to media requests for comment.
Nassar has already been jailed for 60 years for possessing child pornography.

Ingham County Court Judge Rosemarie Aquilina allowed any of Nassar's 140-plus accusers to give victim impact statements in court. So far 90 have testified.
Miller, who had known Nassar since birth, said he assaulted her every month for years, even in his office supply closet.
"There has never been a time in my life when I did not know Larry Nassar," she said. "But now I wish I'd never met him.
"I know, and Nassar knows, that in federal prison he will be fed, he will clothed and he'll be provided actual medical treatment."

"Don't get too excited, Larry," she added, "you'll probably never talk to a woman again except for one holding a gun, a Taser and a billy club — which is a good thing".
"This is not over," she continued, referring to the mountain of lawsuits that MSU faces.
"See, Your Honour, we are just getting started."
Among the young women who came forward was Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, who presented her powerful victim impact statement last week.

Since then, her mother has ripped into Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo for his comments about the sexual abuse of gymnasts.
Answering reporters' questions about the case, Izzo said it had been a "difficult week for him" and he hoped "the right person was convicted".
Lynn Raisman wrote Saturday on her Twitter account: "Dear Tom Izzo, I'm sorry it's been a difficult week for you. Did you hear, Larry Nassar also said it was difficult. Since you 'hope the right person was convicted' I wonder if you are a complete and total MORON or just a LIAR when you claim you listened to the impact statements."
Nassar faces a minimum prison sentence of 25 to 40 years in the molestation case.
