England captain Alistair Cook had to really show his toughness to recover from one extremely painful moment on day two of the first Ashes test.
An edge from Steven Smith's bat kept low in front of the slips and bounced up very awkwardly in front of Cook.
He was left writhing around in agony as the ball had unfortunately bounced up right into the skipper's crown jewels.
There was no sympathy from his team mates and Joe Root seemed to find it particularly amusing.
