Some of the great names of New Zealand swimming will gather this weekend for the centenary of the Auckland association.
The event will be marked by the naming of Auckland's swimmers of the decades and swimmer of the century at a sellout function tomorrow night. American-based 1988 Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Mosse leads the big names in returning for the weekend.
Others include Philippa Gould, Dave Gerrard, Trent Bray, Margaret Hawes (nee Macrae) and prominent writer Tessa Duder, who as Tessa Staveley won an Empire Games silver medal in 1958 in the 100m butterfly.
