Olympian Glenn Snyders showed he is returning to top form with a second medal at the New South Wales swimming championships in Sydney on Saturday.
Snyders, who had surgery to repair a long-standing knee injury, finished third in the 100m breaststroke after second place in the 50m last night.
North Shore's Emily Thomas was the other medallist on the second day of competition at Sydney's Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, finishing third in the 100m backstroke.
