KEY POINTS:
One of Zimbabwe's main medal hopes for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, swimmer Samantha Richter, has moved to New Zealand after her family's farm was taken at gunpoint.
Richter, 17, Zimbabwe's only medal winner at September's All Africa Swimming Championships in Senegal, was training at the Pretoria high performance centre in South Africa when her parents, Bruce and Sharon, were forced off their farm two weeks ago.
Now Zimbabwe's junior sportsman of the year will compete for the North Shore Swimming Club at a five-day swim-meet starting in Auckland next Tuesday.
