Swimming: D'Arcy fights exclusion

Lawyers for Australian swimmer Nick D'Arcy are considering legal action after he was banned from this year's world championships.

Swimming Australia kicked D'Arcy off the team because he was given a 14-month suspended jail sentence last month for assaulting former swimmer Simon Cowley in 2008.
