Swimming: Coach appointed

British coach Doug Campbell has been appointed to a new development role in Swimming New Zealand.

Campbell, an Olympic backstroke finalist in 1980, will take up the position of development coach in January.

He will work under SNZ's director of coaching, Clive Rushton, to implement the sport's high-performance and development programmes.
