Another day, another world championship qualifying mark for Kiwi swimmer Lauren Boyle.
She's slipped inside the A standard in winning the 200m freestyle at the national championships in Auckland to go with her success in the 400m and 1500m.
Boyle still has the 800m freestyle heats to come this morning and is tossing up an appearance in the 100m on Thursday.
"I really wanted to practice going hard every single day and asking my body to do something that I'm not really used to...in the past I've had a bit of trouble backing up my races really well.''
Glenn Snyders added the 50m breaststroke to his 100m mark on the opening day and says it was a good swim.
