Young Kiwi surfer Billy Stairmand has had a breakthrough win on the ASP Men's Star-Series.
The 20-year-old has won a second tier world tour event in Spain.
The Raglan surfer beat Brazilian Pablo Paulino to become only the second Kiwi to win the event after Maz Quinn in 2005.
