New Zealand player Kashif Shuja has qualified for the main draw of the British Grand Prix squash tournament in Manchester, starting tomorrow (NZT).
The world No 56 has bounced back from a game down to beat Australian Matthew Karwalski 7-11, 11-7, 11-7, 11-8 in the qualifying finals.
He is the third New Zealander to make the main draw of the US$92,000 PSA World Tour event, joining Martin Knight and Campbell Grayson, who both gained direct entry via their top 50 world rankings.
